First off I must admit I LOVE almonds and the health benefits are just an added bonus of my love affair with almonds. Now that I have had Barney Butter I'll probably never go back to peanut butter. This is such a high quality almond butter with the best almond flavor I cannot rave about it enough!! I definitely give this product an A++++++++++++++++!
